Welcome to HashString
HashString is a free, open-source utility for generating and validating cryptographic hashes.
Version Log:
- v1.1.0 This is the initial release. It can hash and validate bcrypt, SHA-256, SHA-512, and MD5.
To download HashString using our Debian repository, add the repository to your Debian-compatible Linux install using the following command:
echo "deb [trusted=yes] https://galacticalpha.com/repo ./" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/galacticalpha.list
It is recommended that you then issue the command sudo apt update before you install.
You may then proceed to install by typing sudo apt install hashstring.
